How to rotate my Kindle for PC book?

I ordered a book through Amazon and it was sideways.

How do I rotate it? Or could I flip my tower less desktop computer monitor sideways?

It appears to be badly photocopied. The Kindle book is sideways with the center of the page truncated. Only paid $7.
