put your curser in the window and hit apple + a the copy then open a text doc and paste it.

shift+apple+4 ? or File -> Save As… ? or File -> Print -> Save As pdf ?

Go with screenshot. It’s simple and it’s a snapshot – chances are you’ll have to open it in Preview and Save As… jpg, to make it compatible with the site you want to upload it to, but that’s not a difficult task.
