When chopping onions or jalapenos, wash your hands before urinating.
Never wipe your eyes after chopping garlic or pepper or onions or using Vicks vapor rub.
If using apple cider vinegar to treat your scalp, be sure to not let it run down your face. Your eyes will burn for a long time.
If you’ve ever gotten poison ivy oil on your hands, be absolutely, 100% CERTAIN that you have scrubbed that shit off of your hands BEFORE showering. Getting a poison ivy rash on your genitals is MISERABLE!

If your feet get cold and damp on cold days, fill a shoe box full of cornstarch-based baby powder and ghost pepper powder.
After getting out of the shower, dry the feet, then dip them in the shoebox, then put on socks.
They’ll stay warm and dry all day.
The toes are the important part. And the top of the foot has the thinnest skin, so don’t let the ghost powder get on the top of the feet, except for the toes
