Is colored Indian corn ok to eat?

Actually yes. But it’s got a really different taste from regular corn.

Yes, you can eat it, but it’s going to be less sweet and more starchy than what you’re used to. Indian corn is usually used to make flour.
@Dutchess_III – Not really sweet, more “earthy”. But same nutrition.
Wow! That’s beautiful! I read a number of reviews and they ranged from yes, if you pop it or make flour out of it, to inedible. So your guess is as good as mine. ¯\(ツ)/¯
I think I could make you a really pretty necklace with that corn.
It is insensitive to use the word ‘colored’. The politically correct term is “multi-hued”.
Honestly I don`t see a difference aside from color, I think they taste the same. Then again I haven’t tried it in 3 years so take what I said with a grain of salt.
