Should I send this this video to my LDR GF?

My LDR GF is… well depressed, like to the point of her cutting herself. Her mother is saying that she is worthless that she will not be loved.
So I have decided to make a video for her, But want to know if it is good to send. the script is below.
If you are watching this it is because you are feeling broke, unwanted, even unloved, and unneeded.
(pause for a second)
But I am here now to tell you that you are not broken, that I love you (look straight into camera) I need you.
You have become a light in my life. when I feel stuck, feel sad or stuck, even when I start to feel depressed you help me feel better. You are the light at the end of the tunnel when I feel like the sadness will never end.
(pause a second)
And I want to be that for you, I want you to feel as happy as you have made me feel. I want you to feel the joy that you have brought to my life, because anybody who can do that does not deserve to feel sadness, or pain.
(pause a second)
Well I have not done this before, so I do not know if this helps. But I hope it does.
