If you were the store manager, how would you respond to Network Marketers coming into your store attempting to sell their products and attempting to get people to join their business?

As the manager of your store, you notice that there’s always Network Marketers (MLMs) coming into your store to sell and promote (or at least attempt to sell and promote) their MLM products and business, whether Amway, Rodan and Fields, Avon, or any business is not a 9 to 5 employment salary job. The MLMs are always complimenting on what your customers are wearing, or always giving your cashiers an MLM product. As the manager, how would you handle this?

Your job is to notify the owners and carry out their instructions. If you are the owner, you might want to discourage such practices, particularly ingratiation of these reprobates with your staff.

“No Soliciting” signs should do the trick.

No soliciting is right. You can post signs in the store and also go right up to them and tell them no soliciting and ask them to leave if they don’t stop. Empower all employees to do the same.

“Sorry, you can’t do that here.”
