I don’t know. However, some rural areas in the USA use street numbers based on the largest nearby city, even though they are not in that city.

For example, according to “mgk920”, “There is a 1010th Rd along WI 29 (or old WI 29) a short distance west of Chippewa Falls, WI.” (From this similar question on Google Groups.)

I’d guess somewhere in La Paz, Bolivia?

The highest number I ever saw was in Edmonton Alberta. 215 street.

986039 Oxford-Perth Road

Oh wait. Missed the question again. This is the highest address. Not highest numbered street!

Highest numbered street (not altitude, not address) that I’ve found so far is E 3000th St in Clayton, IL.

Like @Zaku said, not in a city. But tied into city grid. I think distance from city center?

5000th St.
Savonburg, KS

Also not in a city.
Or consecutively-numbered.

Depends on how big the city is.

There are a lot of streets, especially in England, called “High Street”. But none called “Higher” or “Highest”.

Manhattan, NY, NY goes up to 220th in consecutively numbered streets.
