How do I send someone an entire email distribution list on gmail?

I’ve tried to Google this.
Here’s an example:
I created a group called Zumba in gmail that has 50 email addresses in it. The person taking over the Zumba class needs my entire mailing list, so I’m hoping there is some way to send her the group with a few clicks and she can put the whole group in her contacts with a few clicks.
I don’t use Outlook, it’s in regular gmail.

Do you mind if everyone in the group has it? If not, you can send an email to the group and include the new person. Then they can do a “reply all” the next time they need to send a message.
@LuckyGuy Let’s say I do that, how does the new person put all the emails into a group with one or two clicks?
Sometimes groups have 300 people, adding each contact and then adding that contact to a group is a ton of time.
From Gmail, click the 3×3 grid icon at the top right next to the Settings icon. Select “Contacts.” In the left-hand menu, you’ll see import and export options. The export feature works best if all the contacts are grouped under the same label (labeling is another feature in Contacts). Use the import/export features to export the list, send it to the other person, and then have her select a label as part of the import process. They can then email the entire list by typing the label name in the “To” or “Bcc” section of the email.
Long time! Wish you (and everyone) well.
@kevbo1 Wow! Hello! Nice to see you pop up.
I’m going to try it! I’ll let you know if it works for me.
I hope you stick around.
HI Kevbo! Nice to see you!
Thanks for that tip. I will try it!
I’ve never tried, but you might want to watch this. It sounds easy but I don’t use gmail often enough to know how easy it actually is. Good luck!!!
I tried to send a newsletter to a club of about 150 members. Gmail tagged me as a possible spammer and capped my send list at 50 for any one day, so it took three days to get the newsletter out to everybody. That was a few years ago, don’t know if they’ve changed their rules.
