What do I do if my ipod touch has WIFI but doesn't connect to youtube or safari?

OFF COURSE! I have a strong WIFI connection, and am able to access youtube and safari when in my office, but at home, I am unable to connect to youtube of safari for some reason.

you have to have the key code to the wi-fi at your home location. It is not an automatic thing. Once you input the key code then you will be able to use it at home. This can be found on your wireless router or in the settings on your computers homepage.
