How could my much younger brother's friends be stronger than me?

I asked this question a couple of years ago, but it still is weird. My younger brother loves to wrestle and so does his friends, fair enough. They still like to involve me for some reason, fine, but I can’t get it around my head how I can lose a lot of the time. Some of these kids are only 12 but they easily handle me anyway.
