Where do the tiny drum sticks come from?
When you get an order of chicken wings it always comes with tiny drum sticks. Where do those come from? They’re much smaller than regular chicken drum sticks.

Bantam chickens,they are a smaller breed of chicken.
Chicks.
Those cute, sweet, yellow, balls of fluff, with little wingies.

Drumettes
The drumette looks like a much smaller drumstick and is the meatier section of the wing. It is made up of mostly dark meat, is slightly juicier than the wingette, and is the part that actually attaches to the rest of the chicken.
On you AND ME that is between the shoulder and elbow. ;>0)
@Tropical_Willie is right. It’s the upper part of the wing, the little chicken humerus.
I wondered about that. But why isn’t it white meat too?
None of the wing is white meat.
Looks and tastes like white meat to me. Google says it’s white.
I thought the breast to be the only white meat on a chicken.
The way I figure it, the part of the chicken that is exercised the least is white. That would be the breast and, I think, by extention the wings.
Dwarf chickens. Or to be PC, Little chickens.
