After a PDF is downloaded and selected, (that is, under File Manager> >Internal,> Downloads, under Internal Downloads:—list of PDF user manauls for eg., etc.) “Options”: Delete, Copy, Move, Rename, Select items, New Folder, Search, Refresh, Details, Share), how do you read the PDF? Videos and pictures can be viewed just by selecting them.

I use pdf reader such as WPS office or Adobe reader. I believe Chrome can also open pdf.
The option you are missing frm your list is Print.
Isn’t there an “open with” option or something like that? You should be able to select the appropriate application from that list. What platform are you using?
Generally the options related to the .pdf itself should include some option for launching or viewing. Right click on a PC, use that stupid cursive hastag button or jiggle the mouse wheel or tickle the screen for a Mac. If you’re using something mobile, I’m sure it’s infinitely more complicated.
Which version of Windows are you using???
It’s not me and my device. I’m passing on the question I found on paper.
You should see “open with” option and it will give you the list of applications available to open the pdf. By selecting one of them you can view the pdf. I hope it’s helpful.
@chefl Please pass on to whoever needs the assistance…
I’m only familiar with Windows. I know that with both Win 10 & 11 that you can click on the settings icon (or press the windows key usually under the “Z” or maybe “X” key) From there click on “Apps” in the left column. In the top box ( about top mid screen) asking for “type of file” type ”.pdf”. Another box will open just below asking which app to use. I normally request the browser that I’m using to open for me or they can choose from a list of available apps. After making their selection, press “OK” or “Save” & from this moment forward when they click on a .pdf file, it will automatically open in the app they selected. IF for any reason they change their mind, they can go back there & choose a different app until they are happy. As I said, for me, I’ve found that selecting my current browser to be my safest bet!!! As well as I can remember this also worked in Win 7 & possibly earlier versions. I have NO experience with Mac or Linux, so they’re on their own IF not Windows!!!
@LadyMarissa , I don’t know what browser or OS or anything they are using. I wouldn’t know them if I met them. But if they search that question as is there it is already whatever they are using.
@chefl This works pretty much with any browser. Surely, IF we get them that close, they can figure out for the OS that they are using!!!
I’m not saying they don’t know which OS they are using, I don’t know him/her. I found the question on paper. (it’s just a matter of asking “What OS am I using/running” on a search engine to get the answer)
