General Question

Do you use a laptop stand? If so, which is the best?

I have 2 laptops. A small portable one which I take to university, and a 17inch Dell Inspiron 9300 which never leaves my desk. Recently I have found my Dell to get quite hot, and I find that it strains my neck to continually look down. I need a stand to make the screen easier to view and which will provide more effective heat control. (I will probably purchase a seperate keyboard, thinking of G11)
