What makes the following come up, (once in a while) when searching Fluther.com?

Just searching Fluther.com social or general, once in while sftp1.Fluther.com (a period between sftp1 and Fluther.com)
and Kevbo.Fluther.com (a period between kevbo and Fluther.com) come up as results. Why? I don’t have access to the knowledge know from what device. (Q title edited)
