Paper. Except for a very limited number of use cases (sitting on a plane, for example).

Print. Several years ago, I had an iPad and I dabbled in eBooks and eMagazines, but I just didn’t care for them. I’m old-fashioned. I like the feel of a paper book or magazine in my hand. There are many pros to “e-reading”, but it’s not for me. Not at this point in my life at least.

Paper. Yesterday, when the internet was down for 12 hours, it was nice to sit on the porch and read a real book.

I have an affinity for both. I like the feel of a book in my hands, turning the pages, smelling the paper…and you don’t need electricity to make it work. But since I have electricity, I can charge my reader and read it in bed without having to have a light on, irritating my wife. I can also store a small library in something that fits in my hands easily.

ditto @seawulf575, except I don’t have a wife.

I prefer electronic audiobooks. I can’t read anything more intense that a Dilbert comic on my Amazon eReader(Kindle) . Paper books need to be small and less cumbersome so I can read in the bathtub.

It depends on the thing. Short articles and fiction books electronic is fine. A book that is nonfiction or more like a text book I prefer paper.

Basically exactly what @seawulf575 said. One thing I do like about e-books on my iPad is the ability to highlight and make notes without having to try to cram them into margins, make multiple bookmarks, and have the books update if there are corrections made by the publisher. That said, even as a guy with an affinity for tech, I do appreciate the feel of a paper book.

Prefer the experience of print, but in reality I mostly choose digital for convenience and in the case of news, timeliness.

Six of one a half dozen of the other for me. A few years back I downloaded a couple of my favorite (out of print) novels on to my lap top and read them at leisure. You do what you have to do at times.

Digital.

I’m officially old now.
I consider the less I have to store, carry, clean or move to be a blessing.
