How can I find my credit score online?

I know there are sites but I am hesitant to use them for fear that someone might steal my social security number. What sites are trustworthy, won’t spam me afterwards and are free? I would like sites you ACTUALLY used. I understand there are THREE scores I would need to concern myself with.Thanks.
