I had a weird thing happen to me this past spring when I was coming home from shopping in my mom’s car and I totally missed my street. I did glance at my phone and thought I just was stupid and missed it. So I turned around and drove by and missed it again. Like all the houses and stuff looked different. I started to freak out like what the heck is going on? So I turn around again and still passed my street. By now I am about to break down and cry. I turn around for the fourth time and finally everything looks normal again and I finally get home. I can’t explain this.

I’m not much in to woo factor stuff like that, but I have had one strange experience that I can’t explain logically. A number of years ago I was driving home from work on a local expressway, when a large truck lost a rim and tire, and it came to a rest right in front of my car, to late to break and no where to go because of other cars in the next lane. Before I could react, I had passed on safely and the whole thing was laying on the road BEHIND me. All I can think of it that it must have bounced off of the cement divider wall and I only imagined the rest.
@Nomore Tantrums, thank God you were not injured or worse.
@RayaHope Agreed. Spookiest experience I ever had. Can’t explain it to this day.
Is it possible that you were teleported to a nearby alien spacecraft and examined, and then put back in your car a few minutes later?
@elbanditoroso Oh God, I hope not. It was like all my surroundings changed and I didn’t recognize anything. I was so scared.
That sounds scary!!! IF it happened to me, I’d be making a doctor’s appointment. However, you’re still young enough that I’d classify it as a “brain fart” UNLESS it happens again!!! Sometimes things just happen WITHOUT a logical explanation & it should remain there. Then again, IF it remains a “one of”, you shouldn’t give it a second thought. As I said, I wouldn’t worry UNLESS it happens a second time. At that point, I’d become concerned but still classify it as “shit happens”. Then, IF it happened a 3rd time, my ass would be off to see the doctor!!! You may live out the next 50+ years of your life without it ever happening again. At the same time, it could happen again within the next month. Since you have NO way of knowing, I would NOT worry until or IF it happens again!!!
Back in primary school I was missing a day.
As in, everyone, teachers included, say I was missing, but I clearly remembered being there that day.
I sure hope that never happens again and I can see passing my street once but not three times and how everything looked so different. It was also in the middle of the day, I really thought I had been transported to another universe (not that I believe in such a thing) I was terrified and almost stopped the car I was so upset.
@ragingloli that would be freaky, did you have any homework to prove you were there?
@RayaHope Newbie lesson #1…Loli PRIDES herself in NOT being good; however, she IS “good at it”!!! ;}
Yes. In the YMCA I couldn’t get out of the top floor. It was a circle of apartments and I kept dong laps, until I found a emergency exit. I tried it and the alarm rug and I quickly closed the door and asked for help. Took my 15 minutes to find the stair well down.
@RedDeerGuy1 That would have freaked me out. Why do these scary things happen?
@RayaHope I have a saying that applies to us.
“You are not lost if you don’t care where you are going” – Unknown
It is because we care.
@RedDeerGuy1 You are so right. I have all kinds of plans for the future, I want to do and see so many things. My mind goes to places I may not even know about but I am in wonder about stuff. There is so much to learn and I’d like to know the answers to it all.
