How can I refine advanced search on IMDB to include as many conspiracy theory movies as possible, but just these and not other genres?

What I mean is, I can include other keywords, but I need for the list to be exhaustive as possible as well as not including other movies who cross just tangentially such topics.

To understand what I mean, just compare this list…:

The list on Wikipedia, of course, is more accurate, but I think IMDB can include even more.

Advanced search will let you use the category “plot” and the keyword “conspiracy” as a searchterm. I suspect this is as granular as you will get.
