It’s gorgeous! We used to have Sugar on Snow parties at church. Men would go out and get very clean, pristine snow anbd bring it back to the church basement where women were heating up freshly tapped maple syrup. We would line up with a tin plate of snow, they would drizzle the syrup on it and it would harden like taffy. We’d pull if off the snow and eat it. Chewy and sweeeet! It was served with of all things dill pickles!

I do! I like to try strange kinds of food when I eat out. Some of my friends are weirded out that I try strange food, but I don’t like the idea of eating familiar food when I eat out. That’s not what I pay for.

I’m watching the legal series The Practice that was on for eight seasons in late 90s early 2000s. I think I saw just the first episode in 1997.
