Anyone knows on how to get nature sounds on a Hyundai elantra 2003?

Yesterday, we got a brand new 2023 Hyundai elantra sel and we want to know how to get nature sounds playing. I want to know this because we test drove a elantra sdl and got nature sounds on that.

The artificial sounds of electric and hybrid cars are required for any electric travel below 18.6 mph. My Honda hybrid sounds like the underwater sounds from Harry Potter.
