Maybe it’s something simple like she has caps lock on or is using an old password. maybe she should try “password reset” and go that route.

@Brian1946….yes that did the trick. It took it to desktop mode tho. But when I switch to desktop mode it’s not there.

Hi. I’m finally back, to my utter surprise :D Turned out now I can log in on my computer but not my phone. I logged in through my recovery password on both devices, but only my computer works. My phone returned the error of “this page redirected you too many times”. It even redirected me to another site at one point. Clearing data on my phone doesn’t work.

I’m using Firefox on my computer and Chrome on my phone.

Let it rest and try again tomorrow.

Thanks to this question I learned that the option to message the mods only becomes available when I switch to desktop mode, which @Brian1946‘s link forced my phone into.

Still unable to get on my phone…

OK, so I did a test to see whether it’s Chrome that is the problem. I tried logging in on Chrome on my computer, and it worked. So the problem isn’t with Chrome, but with my phone, somehow. I’m not sure what is the problem here.
