Just want to hear suggestions of what people would like to eat more, yeah, the title pretty much says it all. :)

I like any style of artichoke dip. Last night: can of quartered artichokes (drained) in bottom of “pammed” glass baking dish. Garlic powder on top. Diced tomatoes on top of that. A little more garlic powder. A layer of Parmesan cheese. About a half of a diced onion. A little season salt and some low-fat shredded cheese (I used cheddar). Bake for about 20 minutes at 300 and then dip in your fave cracker. Wonderful and easy and not too bad for you.

i think fruit definitely and veggie platter with dip is good, too.

I dig savory. Deviled eggs, mini pickles, pickled eggs, pickled/deviled eggs, hummus and pita. Basically anything that gives you bad breath, I want to devour.

I think it depends on the make-up of the group, the time of day, the type of event. For work, where facilities for prep are at a minimum and clean-up needs to be easy. Salsa and chips. If you want to go more complex Mexican six-layer dip and chips is always a crowd pleaser.

Bottom layer mashed refried beans (mix with a little garlic powder if you have it), next layer browned ground turkey or ground beef with diced onions sprinkled with cumin, a layer of diced tomatoes, diced black olives, and diced green onions (all mixed), a layer of guacamole, a layer of sour cream mixed with 1/2 a package of taco seasoning mix, and finally a layer of grated cheddar or monterey jack cheese.

I would say to go as extravagant and TASTY as you can. You should want and seek the attention you get for such an effort. And you will definitely be remembered for what you did for the group as far as anything you contributed including ideas. Just my 2 cents worth.

stuffed poblano peppers. halve peppers and make a concoction of rice, onions, peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, chorizo or other spicy meat like chicken, sausage or ground turkey with chopped shrimp folded in rice mixture at last minute. top with chihuahua or other cheese of your choice and bake in oven for a minute until bubbly or golden. SPICY!

Something homemade. Like muffins or brownies.

I like to make for a group ~ Butter Scotch Blondies & Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins.

Whenever I bring an apple dip with green apples, it gets devoured.

So I’d say bring a fun fruit platter. Everyone always wants to bring dessert, but most people want to eat something healthy and tasty.
