What did I just see?

I’m in a pizza parlor, and there is a television on, without sound.
The image was a video of Sean Hannity with an overlaid video of a spider wrapping it’s prey in web. Then it showed a similar image of Anderson Cooper with the overlaid spider. There was also text on the screen saying the image was slowed down.
It showed Rachel Maddow, with an overlaid image of hypnosis circles. Chris Cuomo had an image of a man in black and white, but I couldn’t identify who it was.
I asked a waitress what it was, but she didn’t say.

I admit, I was in a pizza parlor, and there were mushrooms on my pizza.
It didn’t look like anything broadcast. At first, I thought it was MTV, but it wasn’t.
Maybe something from YouTube.
