Will my bloating go down by taking laxatives and water pills?

My stomach is bloated and I need something to make it go down. It is not fat just all air and water. Please help the blowfish.

You need to find out why you are experiencing this. Many foods cause it. I recently found out that having too much sugar-free products causes bloating. Go talk to your doctor.
