I suggest reddit.com. They have groups for probably everything on Earth.

Edit to add: I checked. They have a group called r/masturbation with 80,000 members. The discussions can be serious or silly. I suggest you check it out.

There are literally hundreds, but if you want a serious discussion that honestly explores sexual experience & techniques it’s pretty limited.

@Hawaii_Jake could be right, but my own experience with subreddit forums for sex or almost any other topic has been very mixed.
