So far the two recipes I’ve seen in the net require several ingredients which would take some effort for me to put together. Wondering if there’s an easier way to do it. Thank you.

Orange zest
Orange juice
Bouillon
Onion (can be powder)
Honey
Finely chopped Rosemary
Red wine vinegar
Hot sauce (just a dash)
Yes it is a lot, I’ve just quartered an Orange, an Onion and chopped up a stalk of Celery through that into cavity. Salt and pepper to taste
What flavor of bullion Willie?
I use chicken. Better than Bouillon
First time I did a roasted duck was on a Weber charcoal BBQ in 1982, took hours. But was delicious!
We had to call the local liquor store, for a delivery of more Petite Sirah. Four of us had gone through 2 bottles waiting for the duck to come up to temp. LOL
^^I fought a duck once. It ended in a stalemate.
Oh God. HOW do you use the
Bouillon??
