So a guy proposed to me online some time before and i asked for time before replying but now when I am ready to reply, I see that he has unfriend me on SNS. What does this mean?

I agree with @chyna if the only contact you ever had with him was online. If you didn’t really know him well and never met in person and he proposed to you (!!) — it was very likely a scam.

He just moved on to try and hook another fish.

Seems to me (not knowing any details – “a guy”?), it could be that his imagination suggested to him that you were never going to answer, meaning no but never saying so.
