Does fluther still have massive influxes of bots?

Back in the day, it was a big issue. Are they still a problem?

It depends if you’re looking for laundry repairs in Bangalore.
Not massive anymore as far as I know unless the mods are up very early.
No, nothing like what it used to be. In 2014, Ben fixed the CAPTCHA for signup, which reliably prevents the auto-attacks you’re remembering. We do still get an occasional bot attack, but it’s maybe once a year or less.
Currently, we get lots of spam via the Feedback form, which makes it difficult to keep track of real feedback messages.
