Does the water quality vary among bottled beverages?
Like pop and other beverages in different countries?

I’m not sure what you’re asking speciically, but I will say most ‘spring water’ and such is just filtered tap water. You’re unlikely to be actually drinking spring water from bottled water.
@Entropy I am just wondering if something, like Coke, tastes different from country to country? Seeing that water quality varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
What is the best country to buy a Coke? Also I find that McDonald’s Coke tastes better than anywhere that I have tried drinking it.
Difference in taste for Mexico is cane sugar instead of corn syrup, not the water. Sixty some odd years ago the only thing we would drink in Mexico was Coke or my dad and grandfather would have a beer, we brought a tank of water to drink from Los Angeles in car.
Fountain drinks use local water supplies.
Bottled water is just distilled water. And those companies are selling you more plastic than water.
I wish people would just buy a gallon of distilled water and refill their bottles.
Some bottled water is the real thing, bottled spring water. It may be pumped out of an aquifer but it’s still spring water. Most of it’s just vapor distilled water though. Some of it is straight tap water. So yes, the water quality can vary a lot.
The taste of pop varies from one bottling location to another bottling location. And God forbid the local water supply changes their purification system as that will affect it as well!!! A can of Coca~Cola in the Bahamas tastes NOTHING like one from the US. As a matter of fact, I live in Georgia, but most of the Cokes here come from a bottling plant in SC & they taste completely different than the ones bottled in Atlanta GA. When my Aunt from the Atlanta area visits, she brings her own Cokes with her!!!
