Why does Myspace kill my internet..?

Whenever I visit a band myspace page or a person’s page, it loads half of it and then crashes my modem. The modem we have is really quite shit but no other website seems to cause this problem. Anyone know why this is happening? I don’t like myspace but for music (bands etc) it is sometimes handy/useful (I refuse to use the word ‘good’).

Cause they have a shit load of crap to load on their pages. My internet doesn’t exactly crash but everything goes way slower if I’m on a Myspace page. They have all their advertising for t-shirts and CDs and they’ve got videos, and plus 47642659074511392634 people spam their pages with videos and pictures everyday so….
Yeah well that’s what I figured. I know that the pages are extremely content-heavy but you’d think it would load bits at a time, whereas I think it tries to load it all at once and fails. Maybe…
Like Facebook has a whole bunch of Javascript that takes somewhat a while to load. But you can tell it’s faster than MySpace…
Yeah facebook slows things down for me too.
Yeah just not like MySpace…
Weird well Safari handles Javascript well and never seem to have problems with Facebook… only MySpace :|
