I don’t know. They’re crazy expensive. That’s all I know.

Well, you can get some nice beluga caviar for $165 for 30 grams, or about 1.06 ounces. Makes $65 for truffle sound cheap. The truffle goes farther, too; as I understand it, you shave it a little. You don’t just dig in with a spoon.
In this context, though, I hardly even know what “worth” means.
I saw a recipe for Truffle Soup earlier today & he was talking about cups of truffles. Guess I won’t be trying that anytime soon!!!
