Anybody here work at a Computer Tech for a Unified School Distric?

I am interested in finding out what solutions you deploy or support. Our department recently migrated to a WebBased 2007 Exchange Server. As the newest Tech on board I am having a hard time getting any changes made or implemented. The only people that like my ideas are the Teachers and Administration at each school site. Half My tech team likes to hide or work behind work orders and talk down to the staff we are suppose to be helping. Any ideas or comment on what works? Thank you.
