Vocaloid song question, can someone help?

There’s a song named Time Machine by 40mP featuring Hatsune Miku, and when I wanted to add the song on my Spotify playlist, the song came under as time machine feat. GUMI by 164 and this is where I’ve confused. I’ve tried to make comparisons to the songs (one having Miku via YouTube and the other GUMI via Spotify) but I’m just not too sure. I know that the Spotify version of time machine is not a cover and I know that there’s a possibility that this version may or may not be a mistake (like it’s supposed to be Miku and not GUMI) but again, I’m not sure and just confused. If anyone knows I would really appreciate it. Thanks! :D
