Do you know any tools for downloading media from Instagram?

I need a tool to download insta videos and stories for a one-time project. I googled and found several, but I’m not sure which one is safe. Does anyone have experience?

I have had good luck with Toolzu

It allows you to download videos, stories, photos, profiles etc.
All for free
