We usually have steak on the 10th, 20th and 30th. Usually spaghetti the next day.
How often do you repeat menus?

Oh gosh! Repeat repeat repeat. And since I don’t like to cook and am not a big meat eater, it’s stuff like spaghetti, salmon, cereal, or even just instant mashed potatoes with a vegetable. I’m so boring!
I make a big pot of food, and eat on it until it’s gone. Rinse and repeat.
I go through stages where I eat a whole lot of one item until I get sick of it.
My groceries tend to be similar month to month.
Right now I am on a Black Diamond, Cracker Barrel, snack combo fix right now. It is cheese, nuts and dried fruit trays. They replace my chocolate and pastries obsession.
I am experimenting with rotisserie chicken dark meat for $3. I am used to buy a whole BBQ rotisserie chicken for $13.40 and toss the white meat. Now I am am saving money and wasting less food
Weekly. Making open faced tacos tonight, will have leftovers likely Wednesday or Thursday. Eat what you like often. That’s a good thing.
All the time.
I love leftovers!
I don’t have a regular schedule of dishes I prepare, but I do have a rotation of about five things I make at home:
Steak (NY or filet tail)
Grilled pork chops
chicken (grilled, curried, or piccata)
Mahi Mahi
Grilled Turkey breast burger.
I grill a lot, year round.
Friday night I made Thai style seared scallops.
I always have at least one cruciferous vegetable.
Yes, I often make a one-dish meal and put the portions into 16 oz covered casserole dishes and have one each evening. If it is more than three portions, I put dishes right into the freezer, unless the dish is meatless, in which case I will leave in the refrigerator two days.
Everyday, mom makes food everyday!
Often. I rotate the same things a lot, in varying combinations, and then try to throw in something different every 2–3 weeks or so. Different can be a completely new experiment or something I haven’t made in a while.
Breakfast might be the most redundant meal. Usually, an egg white omelette. Sometimes I skip right to lunch food.
All the time! For instance, this past Saturday I made a pork loin roast with potatoes, carrots, and onions. I’m now on my third day of having a meal from that, just one a day mind you, and I’ve probably got three more days of meals coming up.
Rarely..My wife is pretty innovative as a cook. If I do the cooking outside on my grill, it’d usually be steak or chicken.
Rarely. I always try different recipes and different menu variation.
Variety is the spice of life.
We have a rotation with several repeats in two months!
Chicken drumsticks cooked on rack that holds them vertical using BBQ rub. Cook them at 400* F to 185* F.
Hamburg and mushroom casserole with cream cheese and eggs. Had that tonight
Chili with hamburg and sausage or ground turkey. Making that this weekend
Chicken enchilada with low-carb tortillas
Salmon stuffed with feta and spinach.
Boneless pork chops with BBQ rub and finished with Hidden Valley Ranch powder.
Tikka Masala with chicken breasts and pickled hot lime on the side.
I have a weekly menu. unless I go out to eat on a rare occasion. I have the same dinner usually 4 times a week.
