What are you good at cooking (or baking, or mix-mastering)?
Is there anything in particular that is considered your specialty by family and friends? Any meals or dishes that people request, or that they say you’re the best at making?

Fried rice, fajitas, BBQ. I’m pretty good with a griddle and a smoker.
When my daughter is home from school, she requests chicken piccata for her “home-cooked” meal.
When my son is around, he asks for grilled steak.
I make a lot of dumplings, weird eggrolls (like cherry creamcheese or philly, etc…) I’m the go-to for skillet steaks, wild game or the old-skool meatloaf, fried chicken/family meals.
I’m known far and wide for my brownies and in intimate circles for my lasagna.
My spaghetti. I use mild to median hot Italian sausage, bell peppers, onions, garlic, bay leaves a few secrete spices and roasted tomatoes of course a certain spaghetti sauce. You’d wet yourself if you tried it! lol
Don’t even ask about my Lasagna!
