When you get home, do you change out of your street clothes right away, or do you wear your street clothes until it's time for bed?

As soon as I get home, I change out of my street clothes and put on sweat pants and a sweat shirt or tee shirt. I don’t like sitting around with jeans on or anything like that.
My mom used to wear her jeans or whatever, until it was time for bed. She would change out of her work clothes but put on jeans for around the house.
How about you?

I just stay in whatever I’ve been wearing until bed, unless I have been 8n a situation wearing nicer clothes or they get ooky during the day.
I hate the idea of changing my clothes again and again.
I always change into sweat pants and t-shit. Jeans just aren’t comfortable enough.
In winter or colder weather will usually just change into shorts. In warmer weather I wear shorts and tank tops to work so usually will keep that on.
I generally have a pair of pajamas on the main floor and change from jeans to pjs whenever I’m home. I’m that way right now.
Second for sweatpants and t-shirt.
The only article of clothing I might change are my shoes. There is no variation in clothing styles when I go out or if I stay in. Except I might get undressed, but that doesn’t answer the question…
I have three levels of dressing and might use all three in one day. Sweats for a mainly at home day or for coming in in the afternoon after street clothes. And in the winter, a long fuzzy robe that I wear as long as possible in the morning and get into as soon as possible in the evening. It spells “relaxed” to me.
First things first, the bra. It goes flying onto the bed. I do not wear anything constricting at home. I’ll put on pajama pants, yoga pants or shorts and a comfy tank top, t-shirt and/or hoodie depending on the temperature.
I get out of my work clothes as soon as I get home. What I put on depends on the weather and what I plan to do. (I get home from work around 2:30, so I am awake for another seven or eight hours).
Depends. I usually will wear them to reduce on laundry.
Change and hang up or put away.
Depends on where I came from.
I love my hoodies. I usually wear one everywhere. They’re great for weather in the Holy City.
I even wear really thin ones in the heat to cover my ink, from the Sun or other people…
I have big, loose stuff that I wear to just lay around, at home.
Or if it’s been a long day. I’ll go shirtless, or wear a wife beater if I’m just chilling at home. I’m kind of reluctant to go shirtless right now.I have a massive scar, from my liver transplant. It’s a conversation piece, that I don’t really want to converse about. I’m working on the right design and talking with a few tattoo artists, for covering the scar…
It’s sort of interesting. With so many tattoos, I kinda feel like I’m wearing a base layer all the time.
It varies depending on what I wore out on the street. It also matters what time it is and where I went. Usually, by 6:00pm I’m in my pajamas if I’m home for the night.
It’s useful to have loungewear that is ok to answer the door and sleep in.
Sometimes I go out early for zumba or errands and then when I get home I shower and put on very comfy clothing for the rest of the day.
I don’t like to get into bed with street clothes on, so if I take a nap in the middle of the day I change and sometimes change back. That doesn’t happen very often, maybe once every week or two.
I have jobs that allow me to work remote forever now. Some days I work in my robe.
I typically do wear my street clothes as Zoom/Teams calls do require the Camera on.
I will change into gym clothing or hiking clothing when the day is done.
Also a remote worker. If I’m in dress clothes I always change back to yoga pants and top. Not because the clothes are uncomfortable, but we were raised to change into work clothes as children, to keep them nice. Same with shoes, some are special occasion, some work, some play or workout.
I’m retired; everyday is Saturday, my clothes don’t get changed with time of day.
Depends on what I’m wearing and if I plan on going out again later on in the day. How comfortable my street clothes are that day. And if I’m planning on getting into bed.
I close the front door and strip half the time….drop the clothes into the washer and go upstairs for a robe or something comfy.
Depends on the weather. If it’s cold I’ll keep in whatever I have on until I go climb into a hot comfortable shower. In summer when it gets hellishly hot, I just put out on my jeans and go shirtless.
I’m kind of in between your two choices. I usually lay down for a bit of a nap before dinner, so that’s when I put on my comfy clothes. I’ve gotten in that habit because I’ve realized that I stay up so late anyway that I might as well pick up some extra sleep earlier in the day.
