How do I deal with this menopausal issue?

It’s starting. Yay! I didn’t have a period for 2 months and now I’m bleeding through a big pad in about an hour. How am I supposed to live like this? I didn’t go to work today because I am running to the bathroom every 15 minutes because I feel like I’m covered in blood.

What do I do? I need some tips, or tricks, or something. Help!
