When I am was 23 I went to a night club for the first time. They wanted 4 pieces of id. I only had three. So I went home.
I have troubles finding clothes that fit my 6’5” frame. So It is most likely why they wouldn’t let me in.
What kind of night club asks for four pieces of ID?!
I haven’t been kicked out. But I’ve been with people who’ve been kicked out.
For getting into a fight. They didn’t start it. But bouncer wasn’t terribly motivated to sort it all out. Just booted everyone who was involved. Can’t really blame them.
@raum I think that the bouncers just didn’t want to let me in, because I was shabbily dressed.
I was turned back at the door of my brother in laws stag night for wearing trainers. I just went home, slightly peeved.
Actually kicked out? No. However, years ago, patrons at our local dive made it clear they didn’t appreciate my presence there, so I quit going. That’s fine, as I eventually quit drinking and quit being an alcoholic.
No. I can’t think of any time I was kicked out of anywhere.
Uh… Once or twice, perhaps thrice. Back in the day. Usually due to a miscalculation of my pool shooting abilities and an unfortunate lack of funds. But anyone who says I started those fights is a liar. Had to defend myself. Right? Usually just went to another club. No big whoop.

Yep. Southie on St Patties Day 2002
Never, even in my wild days.
A long time ago my buddy and I stayed at his friend’s timeshare in Puerto Vallarta. We found that we could get free tickets for various activities if we attended timeshare seminars. In the first seminar we told them our occupations were financial analyst and engineer, respectively. Each timeshare was $22,000, but we got 2 tix for a free boat ride. The next day we went to a timeshare seminar at another hotel. This time we told them we were teachers from LA Unified School District. Each timeshare was now $11,000, and we got 2 tix to something else fun. This seemed to be working out well. We had met some women on the boat on our first day and arranged to pick them up from their hotel for dinner on our second day. Turns out they were staying in the hotel of the second timeshare seminar. When we went to pick them up, we noticed the sales people from the first seminar were having drinks with sales people from the second. Then it looked like they started comparing notes about us. Within minutes, we were asked to leave the property due to lying to the sales people in the second seminar. At least they allowed us to wait until we met up with the women.
^^ At least they allowed us to wait until we met up with the women. I guess that was nice of them.
@Dig_Dug Cool video thanks for posting that. : ) I had more than one girl in my life back then who told me if I didn’t leave the pool playing alone they wouldn’t have any sympathy for me if I came home with my face jacked up again. LOL They’d still spend the money I’d give them though.
@NoMore Well I for one, don’t want your face jack up any more! I think it’s fine just the way it is. :)
When I was about 18, I was with two guy friends in a bar in the Bronx. I don’t remember the bar. I was dressed in a nice, broadcloth shirt (the Brooks Brothers type of blouse, cotton, button down with a collar) and a sweater over the shoulders. One of the guys I was with did something, I don’t remember what, and the bouncers threw him out and they threw us two out as well, because we were all together. I remember when the bouncers told me to go, they said “you, too, with the clothes.” lol.
