How does fiber prevent constipation? (NSFW)

Like bran or Metamucal?

What are the pros and cons of adding fiber to your diet?

It adds more mass to your poop making it bigger so it easier for your bowel to move it along.

I don’t know exactly how it works, but I think it just helps you pass your bowel movement more easily.

When people tell me they’re constipated, I tell them to try eating an apple every day and drink a lot of water.

@ragingloli Thanks for the video. I went through a similar situation in junior high were I ate enough Raisin Bran to equal one of Total cereal. I spent a week in the hospital twice.
