In Spain, Apple has contracted with Movistar to sell & support iPhones on their network. Kinda the reason I posted the link above.

Not in Spain… only Movistar sells them there.

You guys need to remember that Apple negotiated deals with carriers for each country. In the U.S., it was AT&T. In England, it was O2 (or was that France?). Whatever.
