What helps with snoring?

I just learned of this when my daughter showed me a video.Please help

They have anti-snoring items on the market.
Like Breathe Right nose strips, and a device that you can get prescribed by a doctor.

For me, sleeping on my side rather than my back.

Loud snoring is a symptom of sleep apnea. You can have a doctor check you for it. I have sleep apnea and use a device that allows me to breathe normally when I go to sleep.

If it’s light a mouth piece is an easy fix. If it’s apnea in any way you need a CPAP. Do get checked, it’s important.
