Are Kindle Vella stories available for worldwide purchase once they're completed?

Amazon makes available individual chapters for free (given you have enough tokens), but only on customers located in the US. I badly want to read a story there, but, alas, I’m in Italy.

Depends on the copyright owner and/or publisher and if they have given Amazon permission to do distribution outside the US. So it’s a matter of greediness on the part of the publisher.
