What is the long term impact of Daniel Ellsberg?

RIP Daniel Ellsberg. Through your revelation of the Petagon Papers,you probably helped bring about a quicker end to the disaster that was the Vietnam War.

His long term impact is that he helped to stop an unwinnable war & saved the lives of who know how many of our military personnel thereby helping to create another generation of children. May he RIP!!!
