Do they have the board Game "Monopoly" in China and/or Russia?
How does it fit with communist and/or socialist economies in those countries?
Does a capitalist game have any acceptance in Communist countries?

Russia doesn’t have a “communist and/or socialist economy” any more. It’s a (mafia-dominated) capitalist market economy / kleptocracy.
Their Monopoly version should have special rules for mafia actions, becoming supreme ruler, pushing people out windows, etc.
It’s weird that it would be banned, considering the game is as much of a critique of capitalism an exercise in it. In the end, one person gets everything, and everyone else ends up broke and/or in jail. People really see what they want to in Monopoly. I guess the authoritarians just love to ban things, huh? Oh well, time for bed, no parallels of note here.
^Well fucking said, in regards to Capitalism. GA.
