What are some different diets that I can look up? Preferably on YouTube?

Like raw veganism?
Or keto?
Feel free to list ones that you have tried, and if they worked or not?

Mostly for health, and not necessarily for weight loss?

p.s. I’m supposed to be on 5 diets: inflammation, diabetes, renal, heart, and I forgot the other one. LOL I just try to eat at least somewhat healthy. Try not to eat too many carbs, fat, sugar.
