Printers with superlative scanning capability?

I’m sick of every HP I buy having a lousy scanner. I draw a lot, and I use my sketches for finalized designs. I need something that isn’t going to crap out on me.

I had an epson before my hp… but it was as terrible as my hp is now. I’ve found the all in one scanner printer doodads have bad scanners. I’d go with a flatbed imho. I’ll ask around what others are using.
