What technologies are you amazed that adults typically use in todays society?

Share more abursd technologies that adults typically use?

Also in the future how more powerful items will these inventions go? Like, home ovens that can exceed 1000of? Or an automobile that can go much faster? Or a countries debt over a quadrillion US dollars?
