If you had covid in the last 3 months, how long from exposure to feeling sick?

If you can narrow down when you were exposed to covid, how long until your first symptoms started? I just read most people 5–6 days, and someone I know it took 4.5 days. For a while it seemed like most people were getting sick sooner.
