Passed away today at age 76. RIP, lady.
I loved Three’s Company – she made me laugh and I thought she was beautiful.

Never better than American Graffiti.
I loved Three’s Company.
I think she was fired from Three Company because she asked to be paid the same as John Ritter when her contract was due to renew. She was probably one of the early women trying for that. I know they were able to keep the show going without her, but she easily should have made close to what John made if not the same, she was important to the show and people loved her. Most people guess incorrectly how long she was on the show, they think she was on much longer than she was, and I think that was because they liked her.
She was strong and deserves credit for her ambition and perseverance, especially when you consider the difficult childhood she had.
I never read her books, but I saw her in some interviews. I know she was very into vitamins and refused some treatments that her doctors wanted to give her for her first bout with breast cancer. I actually agreed with her refusing. I saw her once say that she would not refuse treatment that was proven to be extremely effective, like surgery for operable pancreatic cancer or like treating childhood leukemia, she was not a total space cadet about why she resisted some western medicine treatments.
She was great in three’s company, so sad .
Sad.
She seemed like a good person.
I lost like 30 pounds in a few months using her Sommersize diet, I guess a couple of decades ago now, or so.
None I can share with here (NSFW)

I hated the dumb blonde act but loved her as a person. Very beautiful and kind.
Her husband was just on The Today Show and they were asking him about how her final days were. He said that she told him to take care of “the ladies” who enjoy the great products on Suzanne Somers dot com, and to keep that going. Really? The hosts of the show didn’t even comment on that one.
@jca2 There’s Thighmasters still for sale there, too. Haha!
@KNOWITALL Hahaha!
I’m not surprised the site is still running, but for the husband to even mention it during an interview about his late, beloved wife, was a bit huckster-ish.
One of the most genuine smiles the world has ever known. A reflection of her heart…
May she journey well…
